MOMfidence Insider #11
Weekly updates, leadership, and behind-the-scenes insights from the journey of building MOMfidence.
What Could 90 Days Change?
We often overestimate how much we can accomplish in one day.
And underestimate how much can happen when we work with intention over time.
90 days.
Long enough to create meaningful progress.
Short enough for the goal to still feel within reach.
And long enough to discover what can happen when we choose one direction - and stay with it.
This week, we want to give you something.
Completely free.
90 Days of Focus
We have created a simple 90-Day Focus resource for anyone who wants to become clearer about what truly deserves their attention over the next few months.
Not twenty new goals.
Not another long list of everything you should be doing.
But direction.
Priorities.
Action.
And a way to follow your own progress throughout the next 90 days.
Because perhaps you don't need to do more.
Perhaps you need to become clearer about what deserves your attention right now.

Focus Also Means Saying No
This may be the hardest part.
When we decide what we are going to focus on, we also have to accept that not everything can receive the same amount of attention.
A good idea can still be a good idea - without needing to be pursued right now.
An opportunity can be exciting - without requiring us to say yes.
Something can be important - without being the most important thing in this season.
Focus, therefore, isn't only about what we choose to do.
It is also about what we intentionally choose not to do.
That requires discipline.
And it requires leadership.
Leadership Begins With Direction
We often talk about leadership as the ability to influence others.
But before we can show other people a direction, we need to be willing to choose one ourselves.
What are you building?
Why are you building it?
What needs your attention right now?
And which actions need to be repeated long enough to actually create a result?
Leadership isn't only found in big decisions.
Often, it is found in continuing to take the right small actions long after the initial motivation has disappeared.
This is where structure, microhabits, and focus come together.
Direction tells us where we're going.
Structure helps us get there.
Consistent action creates growth along the way.
Perhaps Your Next Opportunity Is Here
At the same time, MOMfidence continues to grow.
We still want to connect with people who are curious about becoming a MOMfidence ambassador and would like to understand the opportunities available.
You don't need to already have a digital product.
You don't need a large following.
And you don't need to have all the answers.
We are far more interested in who you are.
Are you willing to learn?
Do you take initiative?
Do you want to contribute?
Do you support other people?
Do you have knowledge, experience, or ideas that could potentially help someone else?
As an ambassador, you become part of an international team and a community that is still being built.
That also means the people joining us now have an opportunity to help shape what comes next.
If you're curious, you don't need to make any decisions.
Simply reach out and ask what opportunities are available.
We can start with a conversation.
Gratitude
When I look back over the past few months, it is the people I notice most.
People from different countries.
With different stories.
Different strengths.
Different dreams.
Some have developed products.
Some have joined our community.
Some are quietly following along.
Others are actively sharing, supporting, and contributing.
All of it matters.
So this week, more than anything, I want to say:
Thank you.
Thank you to our ambassadors.
Thank you to our members.
Thank you to our customers.
And thank you to everyone who opens these letters week after week and continues to follow what we are building.
We don't know everything that will happen over the next 90 days.
But we can decide how we will approach them.
With direction.
With gratitude.
With a willingness to learn.
And with the courage to keep going.
90 days. One focus. One step at a time.
