Today We Have Our Very First Ambassador Meeting

Today, I feel an incredible sense of gratitude. Last week, I asked our ambassadors what they wanted moving forward and whether there was anything we could take action on immediately. One of our ambassadors suggested having a meeting together.

I really appreciated that feedback, and today we are having our very first digital ambassador meeting.

As a leader, it is important to listen, receive advice and feedback, and most importantly, allow others to bring their ideas to the table. MOMfidence is no longer a project that belongs only to me. It is ours now, and together we will make plans, continue building, and help many more people. This is our first step, and today we begin the next phase together.

Knowing that people from seven different countries, backgrounds, and cultures will be coming together today makes me especially excited. Our focus will be on relationships, the direction ahead, and how everyone can contribute through their own strengths. When we bring together people with different education, experiences, and perspectives, we can truly create something special.

MOMfidence Is Entering a Calmer and More Mature Phase

We already have many great products in place that help people create more structure, whether in everyday life, as students, or in their professional lives.

So much in life comes down to consistency. Small daily habits can create significant results over time. Occasional bursts of effort followed by long breaks rarely create lasting change. Small enough habits, repeated consistently over time, can take you where you want to go.

MEET OUR AMBASSADORS

Going forward, we will focus more on developing what has already been created and built. We will focus less on constantly creating more and instead take better care of and continue developing what we already have. Our customers will receive closer follow-up, we will focus on greater growth within the community, and our perspective will remain long-term.

All of our ambassadors have been offered expanded areas of responsibility and the opportunity to take greater ownership. This will be an important focus going forward. The different roles will continue to develop and take shape according to how each ambassador wants to contribute.

Our community will also receive greater attention. Our long-term goal is to help our members gain more visibility so that they, too, can grow and develop what they are building and their businesses.

A Reflection on the Journey

It all started a couple of years ago with a desire to create something bigger than myself. I strongly felt that God was calling me to create opportunities for more people. Not every country has the same opportunities, resources, or economic circumstances that we have in Norway.

That is why I wanted to create something that takes different cultures and economic realities into account, while allowing local knowledge about what is actually needed in each country to play an important role.

We started in Norway with ideas. Today, we are represented in seven different countries: India, China, Egypt, Nigeria, Spain, Norway, and England. Our goal is not to have as many ambassadors as possible, but to find people who genuinely want to make a difference.

We also want local knowledge to remain central, both culturally and linguistically. For example, our Student Guide is now available in Norwegian, English, and Arabic.

I am incredibly grateful for the people standing alongside me in this team, who believe in the vision and want to make a difference.

From the beginning, I have also had a desire to give back to projects around the world. That is why we established the MOMfidence Fund, where 20% of our profits are allocated. In this way, we also have the opportunity to make a difference for children and others in need globally.

So far, we have supported a wonderful orphanage in Uganda, but we are also looking at other projects. This is something we will discuss and make decisions about together going forward.

I am incredibly grateful for our ambassadors, but also for our customers, for those who have surrounded this vision in prayer, and for everyone who subscribes to our newsletters and shares them with others.

This is how we reach more people, and I thank God for continuing to lead me and all of us in the right direction.

Ambassador Positions Available

We have already received some inquiries, and we are grateful for everyone who wants to contribute. Our team is evolving, and we are looking for three to four more ambassadors who want to work closely with us, help put MOMfidence on the map, and be part of creating something bigger than themselves.

We care about quality, not quantity. For us, seeing the person first, leading with heart, and thinking long-term are what matter most.

We believe in leadership without hype, which means doing the work even when external motivation is not constantly present. We are looking for people who genuinely care about helping others. We want the right people, not simply to fill available positions.

We are looking for people who dare to think big, bring ideas, and take initiative. We want people who value community, support others, collaborate, and do not see other people as competitors, but understand that together we are stronger than we are individually.

Presence Is Also Leadership

Leadership is not only demonstrated through big words, titles, or ideas. It is demonstrated through consistency, showing up, and keeping the commitments you have made.

It is about seeing the person behind the performance and applauding effort, not only results. It is about doing the work even when no one is there to pat you on the back.

A strong team is built when people trust one another. When they know they have support around them. When they contribute with questions and answers, help one another, make an effort to build relationships across the team, and dare to make mistakes while also being willing to ask for help.

Talent can open a door, but consistency and character determine what you do with the opportunity.

Finally

Today, I want to end by saying how incredibly grateful and excited I am about our very first ambassador meeting. I have great confidence in each of our ambassadors, and at the same time, I am excited to see what happens when we come together.

One thing is certain: We are building for the long term because we want this to last.

I have seen too many promises of quick results that were later followed by equally rapid decline. If we want to create something that can live on beyond us, we have to build something that will stand the test of time.

And that is exactly what we are doing.

Finally, I want to thank God that every day we can place this in His hands. We can trust that He is leading us, even when we cannot always see the road ahead ourselves.
