This week, we have the pleasure of welcoming another new ambassador to MOMfidence.

Adam is from Nigeria, and we are incredibly happy to have him on the team.

When we choose ambassadors, we don't only look at what someone has already built.

We look at attitude.

A willingness to learn.

Initiative.

A desire to contribute.

And people who understand that a strong community is created when we build our own dreams while also lifting the people around us.

Adam has already shown great enthusiasm and a real willingness to get started, and we look forward to following his journey and seeing what he will bring to MOMfidence as we continue to grow.

EmpowerHer India Is Now Part of MOMfidence

This week also marks another step in the international development of MOMfidence.

EmpowerHer India is now fully implemented as part of MOMfidence.

EmpowerHer India was created with a clear focus on women in India - opportunities, growth, leadership, health, and building something that can create long-term value.

For us, international growth isn't simply about being represented in more countries.

We want to meet people where they are.

Different markets have different needs, cultures, and opportunities. That is why we also believe in building local initiatives within the larger MOMfidence vision.

EmpowerHer India is one of those initiatives.

It gives us a clearer platform to reach women in India, build relationships, and create opportunities over time - while remaining part of the larger international community we are building.

One bigger vision. With room for people, cultures, and initiatives to develop in their own way.

This week, we have also completed the individual ambassador pages for all of the ambassadors who are currently part of MOMfidence.

This means a lot.

Behind every name is a person.

A story.

Experience.

Knowledge.

And different reasons for becoming part of what we are building.

On these pages, you can get to know our ambassadors better, learn more about who they are, and explore what they represent through MOMfidence.

It also allows the people behind MOMfidence to become more visible.

Because MOMfidence should never be about just one person.

We are building an international community where different people, experiences, and perspectives have a place.

And this is still only the beginning.

We Are Still Looking for a Few More People

Our ambassador team isn't quite complete yet.

We still have a few positions available, and right now we would especially like to connect with the right candidates in the United States.

But geography alone is, of course, not enough.

We are looking for people who want to be an active part of a community.

People who take initiative.

Who communicate.

Who want to learn and grow.

Who support others.

Who have knowledge, experience, or ideas they would like to share.

And who understand that this is something we are building together over time.

You don't need to already have a product.

You don't need a large following.

And you don't need to know exactly what you want to create.

What matters most to us is the person.

We are not looking for as many people as possible. We are looking for the right people.

What Does the Ambassador Role Involve?

As a MOMfidence ambassador, you become part of our Inner Circle and the international team we are building.

You receive your own ambassador page.

You have the opportunity to share selected MOMfidence products through your own affiliate links.

And if you have knowledge or an idea that could be developed into a digital product, we can also explore the possibility of building and launching it through MOMfidence.

But the ambassador role is about much more than sales and products.

It is about community, collaboration, and leadership development.

We want people who genuinely want to be involved.

Not simply have their name on a list.

People who want to contribute to the culture we are building while also receiving support to develop their own work.

And because we are still early in this journey, the people who join now also have a unique opportunity to help influence how MOMfidence develops from here.

Do You Know Someone?

Perhaps the ambassador role isn't right for you.

But maybe you know someone.

A woman or man in the United States.

An entrepreneur.

A student.

A content creator.

Someone with experience or knowledge that deserves to be shared with more people.

Or simply someone with the right attitude and a genuine desire to grow and contribute.

Please feel free to share MOMfidence with them.

You can also encourage them to contact us directly if they would like to learn more about the opportunities available.

No one needs to make a decision before reaching out.

It can simply begin with a conversation.

Because sometimes a significant opportunity begins with one person saying:

“I thought of you when I saw this.”

Leadership Is Also About Who We Develop

It is easy to measure leadership by what a leader personally achieves.

Results.

Growth.

Visibility.

The number of people on a team.

But there is a much more important question:

What is happening to the people around you?

Are they growing?

Are they becoming more confident in their own abilities?

Are they taking more initiative?

Are they beginning to see opportunities they couldn't see before?

And eventually - are they beginning to lift other people too?

This is an important part of the kind of leadership we want to develop through MOMfidence.

The goal should never be for everyone to remain dependent on one leader.

A strong leader creates an environment where other people can develop their own capacity to lead.

That also means we sometimes have to let go of control.

Let other people try.

Let other people bring the ideas.

Let other people receive the recognition.

And become just as proud when someone around us succeeds as we are when we succeed ourselves.

Because if everything stops when the leader steps away, we may have built an organization.

But we haven't necessarily built leaders.

Leadership isn't only about what we build.
It's about who grows while we are building it.

Gratitude

As we look at all of our ambassador pages together, while also seeing new initiatives such as EmpowerHer India finding their place within MOMfidence, it becomes very clear how much has already happened.

People from different countries.

Different cultures.

Different stories.

Different strengths.

Yet we are coming together around a bigger vision of creating opportunities, developing people, and building something that can have an impact far beyond ourselves.

We don't take that for granted.

Thank you to every ambassador who contributes.

Thank you to the members who bring our community to life.

Thank you to everyone who shares MOMfidence with others.

And thank you to everyone who opens these letters week after week and continues to follow the journey.

This week, we also send an extra warm welcome to Adam.

We are excited to see what the next phase will bring.

And perhaps one of the next MOMfidence ambassadors is among the people reading this letter - or among the people you know.
