Our Ambassador Team Is Complete ๐
This week marks an important milestone for MOMfidence.
Our ambassador team is now complete.
When we started building this team, the goal was never to fill the positions as quickly as possible.
The goal was to find the right people.
People with different stories, experiences, strengths, and perspectives.
People from different parts of the world.
And people who want to help build a culture where we collaborate, grow, and lift one another.
Now they are here.
And this week, we have the privilege of welcoming our final two ambassadors:
Agata and Ioana.
Welcome, Agata
Agata lives in London and has many years of experience as a personal trainer.
She has a strong interest in health, personal development, and seeing the whole person.
But what made our conversations especially interesting wasn't only her experience.
It was also her desire to develop something that can create value for others while building a working life with greater flexibility and more time for what matters most to her.
She joins MOMfidence with experience, knowledge, and new perspectives that we are excited to see develop further.

Ioana isn't entirely new to the MOMfidence story either.
We have known each other for some time and have shared many meaningful and deep conversations along the way.
She brings life experience, reflection, and a genuine interest in people and personal growth.
One of the beautiful things about building a team is discovering that people we meet during one part of the journey can sometimes find an entirely different place in the story later.
That is exactly what has happened here.

From Recruitment to Development
Having a complete team doesn't mean we're finished.
In many ways, it means we have just reached the starting line.
Over the past months, much of our work has been about building the foundation.
Finding the people.
Developing products and resources.
Building ambassador pages.
Developing the community.
Establishing EmpowerHer India.
Creating the structure for how MOMfidence will operate.
Now the focus changes.
The next phase is about developing what we have already built.
We will help our ambassadors discover and develop their strengths.
We will continue developing products and ideas.
We will give the people on our team an even stronger platform.
And we will place greater focus on our members and the people joining the MOMfidence community.
Because the goal isn't to build a platform where one person stands at the center.
The goal is to build a platform where more people have the opportunity to grow.
EmpowerHer India - Local Impact, Bigger Vision
EmpowerHer India is now fully implemented as part of MOMfidence.
This is an important step in our international vision.
We don't simply want to grow globally.
We want to understand and meet people locally.
EmpowerHer India gives us a platform with a clear focus on women in India - development, opportunities, leadership, and health.
It is also an example of how we want MOMfidence to develop:
One shared vision, with room for local initiatives, cultures, people, and needs.
When You Purchase Through an Ambassador, You Become Part of Something Bigger
This is one part of the MOMfidence model that we want to communicate even more clearly.
When you purchase a MOMfidence resource through one of our ambassadors' links, you aren't simply buying a digital product.
You are also choosing to support the ambassador you purchase through.
You contribute to our ability to continue developing the MOMfidence Fund, created to help provide opportunities for women and children.
And you receive access to the MOMfidence community.
There, we want you to be more than a customer.
You have the opportunity to introduce yourself.
Tell us what you do or what you are building.
Connect with other people in the community.
Ask questions.
Share your knowledge.
Build relationships.
And grow together with us.
Going forward, we also want to use our newsletters to highlight MOMfidence members and the work they are doing.
This means that people who join us through our products can also have the opportunity to be introduced to a wider audience in future MOMfidence newsletters.
This matters to us.
We don't want to build a model where the relationship ends when someone completes a purchase.
A purchase can be the beginning of a community relationship - not the end of one.
MOMfidence Fund
From the beginning, we have wanted the growth of MOMfidence to create opportunities beyond the business itself.
That is why the MOMfidence Fund is part of our long-term model.
20% of MOMfidence profits go to the Fund, with the goal of helping create opportunities for women and children.
As MOMfidence grows, we want its impact to grow too.
And for those who simply want to support the Fund and its purpose, there is also an opportunity to contribute directly.

The Vision Is Bigger Than the Ambassador Team
MOMfidence started with an idea.
But the vision has always been bigger.
We want to build an international community where people can connect across countries, backgrounds, and different seasons of life.
A place where knowledge can be shared.
Where ideas can be developed.
Where people can present what they are building.
Where we can learn from one another.
Where digital resources can make knowledge accessible across borders.
And where the growth of one person can create opportunities for others.
That is why the ambassadors matter.
That is why the community matters.
That is why EmpowerHer India matters.
And that is why the Fund matters.
They aren't separate projects.
They are different parts of the same vision.
Business can create income.
Community can create connection and growth.
Leadership can develop people.
And when these elements work together, what we build can create an impact far beyond ourselves.
Now, the People Will Take an Even Bigger Role
One of our priorities going forward will be the people who are already part of MOMfidence.
We want our members to get to know one another.
Tell us who they are.
Share what they are working on.
Ask questions.
Ask for support.
Contribute their knowledge.
And support others.
The same applies to our ambassadors.
They shouldn't simply be names and photographs on a website.
We want you to get to know them.
That is why we will continue sharing their stories, their work, their ideas, and what they develop.
And we will begin doing the same with the people in our community.
MOMfidence will grow by lifting people - not by making one person bigger.
Leadership: When the Team Is in Place, the Real Work Begins
It is easy to think that a leader's most important job is bringing the right people together.
That matters.
But it is only the beginning.
Once the people are in place, a much greater responsibility begins:
Creating an environment where they can grow.
Good leadership isn't about making sure everyone needs the leader.
A leader must be willing to give people responsibility.
Give them space.
Listen to their ideas.
Let them try.
Let them do things differently.
And eventually watch them develop their own ability to influence and lead others.
That also means the leader doesn't always need to stand at the front.
Let other people bring the ideas.
Let other people receive the recognition.
Let other people shine.
And be just as proud when someone around us succeeds as we are when we succeed ourselves.
If you need to be at the center of everything you build, you also limit how big it can become.
That is an important thought as MOMfidence enters its next phase.
The ambassador team is complete.
Now leadership is about what we do with the potential within the people who have chosen to join us.

More than anything, this week we feel grateful.
For every ambassador who has said yes to being part of something that is still developing.
For the people who have shared ideas, given feedback, and contributed along the way.
For our customers and members.

An international team isn't built by one person.
It is built through relationships.
Through trust.
Through people choosing to contribute.
And now we are here:
The ambassador team is complete.

Now the next phase begins.
More development.

More people being given a platform.
More members we can highlight.
More ideas given the opportunity to grow.
And, hopefully, an increasingly greater impact far beyond MOMfidence itself.
We have built the team.
