Welcome to the second edition of MOMfidence Insider.

When I sent the first newsletter last week, my hope was to give you an honest look behind the scenes - not only the milestones, but also the process of building something meaningful. This week reminded me why that matters.

What I'm most grateful for right now is the people.

Our first ambassadors are now in place, and it has been inspiring to watch people from very different backgrounds contribute with ideas, experience, thoughtful questions and a genuine desire to build something together. Some bring experience in leadership, technology, entrepreneurship, education, health, creativity or content creation. No two people are the same, and that diversity is one of our greatest strengths.

We have also started building a dedicated space for those who want to create digital products through Kajabi. Everyone who joins through our Kajabi affiliate program doesn't just gain access to powerful tools - they also have the opportunity to help shape this part of MOMfidence from the very beginning. We currently have a special Kajabi campaign available, so if you'd like to learn more, you're always welcome to reach out.

At the same time, we continue expanding our growing resource library. We already have tools focused on structure, personal leadership and daily habits, and more resources are on the way. Our goal is to make practical, high-quality content accessible to people from different countries, languages and financial situations.

This week I've also reflected on something John C. Maxwell often teaches:

"People buy into the leader before they buy into the vision."

Those words continue to challenge me.

To me, leadership isn't about creating hype or making the most noise. It's about consistency, integrity and showing up even when nobody is watching. It's about building one step at a time. That is what Leadership Without Hype means to us.

This is how we want MOMfidence to grow.

To everyone who is already part of this journey - thank you for your trust, your ideas and your willingness to build alongside us. You are not simply joining a community; you are helping lay the foundation for something we hope will serve many people in the years ahead.
