This week, something happened that means a great deal to me.
Not because of big numbers.
Not because it made headlines.
But because it represents the very heart of the vision behind MOMfidence.
The first ambassador product is now live.
When I created the MOMfidence Ambassador Program, my goal was never to build a group of people who would promote me.
My goal was to create an environment where people could take their knowledge, experience, and ideas and make them available to help others.
This week, that vision became reality.

To me, this is about much more than a single product.
It is about what happens when people are given space to build.
It is about moving from ideas to action.
From thought to reality.
From “one day” to “today.”
The Vision Is Becoming Clearer
One of the things that excites me most right now is seeing how different people are beginning to shape MOMfidence in their own unique way.
We have ideas related to students.
Ideas related to creativity and content creation.
Ideas related to crafts and practical skills.
And exciting conversations about making content accessible in more countries, including China.
None of these initiatives need to look alike.
In fact, I hope they don't.
Because MOMfidence was never created to produce copies.
It was created to create opportunities.
Opportunities for people to build something meaningful, valuable, and uniquely their own.
Leadership Without Hype
This week I have been thinking a lot about gratitude.
Not gratitude for results.
But gratitude for people.
John C. Maxwell often says that leadership is influence.
I believe true influence happens when people feel seen.
When people feel their ideas matter.
When people are encouraged to grow.
When people are given opportunities to use their strengths.
Leadership is not about gathering followers.
It is about developing leaders.
People who then inspire, support, and lift others.
That is the kind of community I want MOMfidence to become.
And this week reminded me that we are moving in the right direction.
We Still Have Room for a Few More
The ambassador team continues to grow.
We are still looking for a few more people who want to be part of this journey.
Not because they have a large audience.
Not because they have everything figured out.
But because they have knowledge, experience, or ideas that can help others.
