MOMfidence Insider #5
Weekly updates, leadership, and behind-the-scenes insights from the journey of building MOMfidence.
Welcome to the fifth edition of MOMfidence Insider.
This week, I want to focus on the people.
Because the people are the vision.
When I started MOMfidence, my goal was never to build another platform filled with courses and products.
My goal was to create a place where people could take their knowledge, experience, and ideas - and make them available to help others.
This week, we took another important step in that direction.
From Idea to Content
This week, Taina launched her first product through MOMfidence:
From Idea to Content
A course designed to help people generate content ideas, plan their content, and use AI as a practical tool in the creative process.
What makes this launch especially meaningful to me is that Taina and I have known each other for about two years.
During that time, I have seen her creativity, experience, and desire to help others.
Over the past few weeks, I have watched her move from an idea to a finished product.
Not because everything was perfect.
But because she was willing to take the next step.
And that is often where growth begins.

When Algorithms Get It Wrong
Last week, we celebrated the launch of Mustafa's products:
Student Success Toolkit (English)
and
Studentguiden (Norwegian).
Mustafa's story is a reminder that people are more than data and algorithms.
He originally applied for a position I advertised on LinkedIn.
When LinkedIn evaluated the applicants, he was actually categorized as "not a match."
The most likely reason was simply that he lives in Egypt while I live in Norway.
Fortunately, I did not let the algorithm make the final decision.
Instead, I chose to have a conversation.
Today, Mustafa is one of our ambassadors.
He has launched his own products.
And he contributes ideas, perspectives, and experience that make our community stronger.
It reminds me of something important:
Some of life's best opportunities exist outside the recommendations of an algorithm.

More Products Are on the Way
What excites me most right now is that this is only the beginning.
Several ambassador products are already being developed.
We are seeing ideas related to creativity, crafts, structure, personal growth, and international opportunities.
The goal is not to create copies.
The goal is to help people build something authentic to them.
The Community Is Growing
Over the past few weeks, we have also welcomed our first customer into the community.
It has been wonderful to see how people are met with encouragement, support, and genuine warmth from day one.
Everyone who purchases a MOMfidence product receives access to our community.
A place where we learn, build, and grow together.
It is still early.
But the foundation is beginning to take shape.
For Those Who Want to Build Something of Their Own
One of the people in our network has started building digital products using Kajabi.
Right now, Kajabi is offering a special promotion that allows you to try the platform for 3 months for just $99.
If you have ever considered creating courses, memberships, digital products, or building a community around your knowledge, this may be a great opportunity to explore what's possible.

We Are Still Looking for a Few More People
The next step in our growth is filling the remaining ambassador positions.
We are not looking for many people.
We are looking for the right people.
People who want to contribute.
People who want to build.
People who want to use their experience to help others.
If that sounds like you, I would love to hear from you.
Leadership Without Hype
This week, I have been reflecting on the difference between building followers and building leaders.
Followers come and go.
Trends come and go.
Algorithms come and go.
But people who are seen, encouraged, and developed can create impact far beyond what we can measure.
John C. Maxwell says that leadership is influence.
I believe the strongest form of influence happens when we help people discover their own potential.
When we believe in them before they fully believe in themselves.
When we create space for them to grow.
That is the kind of leadership I want MOMfidence to represent.
And this week, I feel one thing above all:
Gratitude.
Gratitude for the people.
Gratitude for the relationships.
Gratitude for the journey.
And gratitude for everything that still lies ahead.
