MOMfidence Insider #8
Weekly updates, leadership, and behind-the-scenes insights from the journey of building MOMfidence.
Community. Collaboration. Growth.
One of the things that brings me the greatest joy right now isn't the number of products we've launched or the number of people following MOMfidence.
It's the people.
Over the past few weeks, I've watched ambassadors and members encourage one another, share ideas, ask thoughtful questions, and celebrate each other's progress.
To me, this is the foundation of MOMfidence.
We are not simply building products.
We are building people.
And when people grow, the community grows with them.
Our Next Chapter
We are now just two ambassadors away from completing our first ambassador team.
Once those final positions are filled, our next focus will be our members.
Many of you have your own businesses, projects, dreams, or ideas that you're working on.
I want MOMfidence to be a place where you can introduce yourself and share what you're building.
A place where you can ask questions.
A place where you can receive encouragement, feedback, and support along the way.
Our vision has never been to build one person.
It has always been to build a community where people help one another grow.
Meeting People Where They Are
Every person who joins MOMfidence comes with a different story.
Some are looking for more structure.
Some want to create a product.
Some are searching for a supportive community.
Others simply want a place where they can grow at their own pace.
All of those reasons are welcome here.
Our goal is to meet people where they are.
And then help them take the next step.
That is how I hope every ambassador, every member, and every future member will experience MOMfidence.
Leadership Is Influence
This week, I continued reading John C. Maxwell's Leadership Bible, and one sentence has stayed with me:
Leadership is influence.
It doesn't matter whether you're a CEO, a business owner, a student, a parent, or someone working quietly behind the scenes.
Every single one of us influences other people.
One thought in particular challenged me.
Sociologists estimate that even people who don't see themselves as leaders will influence around 10,000 people during their lifetime.
Just think about that for a moment.
If we already have influence, then perhaps the question isn't whether we influence others.
The question is how we choose to use that influence.
I hope MOMfidence will always be a place where we use our influence to encourage.
To lift others up.
To share what we've learned.
To build people.
Because when we help one person move forward, we never truly know how far the ripple effect will reach.
Gratitude
Finally, I simply want to say thank you.
Thank you to every ambassador who continues to build alongside us.
Thank you to every member who helps make this community a place of encouragement and support.
And thank you to everyone following this journey, whether you've been here from the beginning or have only recently joined us.
We have only just begun.
But I believe the strongest communities are built exactly this way.
One person.
One relationship.
One step at a time.
