We Are Still Looking for the Final Ambassadors

MOMfidence is growing.

Not as fast as possible.

But intentionally.

From the beginning, we have chosen to keep our ambassador team small because the goal has never been to gather as many people as possible.

We want the right people.

And right now, we still have a few positions available.

What are we looking for?

Not the size of your following.

Not a perfect CV.

And you don't need to already have a product or an established business.

We are looking for people who take initiative.

Who want to learn.

Who support others.

Who are willing to share their knowledge and experience.

Who see possibilities.

And who understand that building something together also means helping the people around them succeed.

What Do You Get as an Ambassador?

As an ambassador, you are not simply given an affiliate link and left on your own.

You become part of the MOMfidence Inner Circle, where our ambassadors can share ideas, receive support, collaborate, and help shape what we are building.

If you have knowledge or an idea you would like to turn into a digital product, there may also be opportunities to develop and launch products together through MOMfidence.

You have the opportunity to earn from both your own products and selected MOMfidence products through our affiliate program.

But perhaps most importantly:

You are joining while we are still building.

That means you are not simply becoming part of something that already exists.

You have the opportunity to help shape what comes next.

A New Academic Year - and a Resource from Mustafa

For thousands of students, a new academic year is beginning.

New subjects.

New expectations.

New routines.

And often, a lot to organize at once.

Three Weeks Using Taina's Product

For the past three weeks, I have been on vacation.

And although the pace has been different, creating and sharing content has still been part of everyday life.

During these weeks, I have actually been using one of the products created by our Norwegian ambassador, Taina:

Taina has created a practical resource for anyone who wants help generating content ideas, planning what to share, and using AI as a supportive tool in the content creation process.

There is something particularly meaningful about being able to recommend an ambassador product that I have personally been using in my own work.

We don't just want to create products.

Community Is Part of What We Build

One of the most important things we are building right now cannot be downloaded as a PDF or completed as a course.

It is the community.

This is a place where we want people to introduce themselves and share what they are working on.

Ask questions.

Share ideas.

Receive support.

And, over time, use their own experience to help others.

We don't want to build a community where a small number of people have all the answers.

We want to build a community where people learn from one another.

That is how we grow together.

Leadership Is Developed

Over the past few weeks, we have talked a lot about leadership being influence.

But leadership is also something we develop.

None of us ever becomes a finished leader.

We learn through people.

Through responsibility.

Through mistakes.

Through feedback.

And through having the courage to take the next step before we necessarily feel completely ready.

John C. Maxwell has consistently taught that a leader's own growth affects how far both the leader and the people around them can develop.

That is why I don't simply want to build an ambassador team.

I want to build leaders.

People who, over time, don't need me to tell them to take initiative.

People who see others.

Who lift others.

Who create opportunities for others.

And who eventually develop new leaders themselves.

That is a much bigger vision than building a group of followers.

We Keep Building

A new week begins.

The vacation is over.

New products are on the way.

The community continues to grow.

And we are still looking for the final people who will help shape our first ambassador team.
