Hello,

First of all: welcome.

I'm truly grateful that you've chosen to be part of this journey.

If you've recently subscribed, I hope you've already had the opportunity to open your welcome gift - my book This Is the Standard. If not, I encourage you to set aside some time to read it. It offers a good introduction to the values and philosophy behind everything we are building.

This is the very first newsletter.

And it feels a little special.

Because right now, MOMfidence is in an exciting phase between an idea and a movement.

Over the past few months, I have had hundreds of conversations with people from different parts of the world. Those conversations have confirmed something I wasn't entirely sure about when I first started:

MOMfidence is not only for women.

While the name has its roots there, this is really about something bigger.

It is about people who want more direction, more responsibility, stronger personal leadership, and greater purpose in what they are building.

That is why the community and team moving forward will include people from different backgrounds, different experiences, and different countries.

At the moment, I am also building the first ambassador team.

The goal is simple:

10 people.

Not 100.

Not 1,000.

Just 10 people who want to come in early and help shape the future direction of MOMfidence.

Several of those places have already been filled.

And it has been both inspiring and encouraging to see who is being drawn to the vision.

One of the philosophies that has influenced me most over the years comes from John Maxwell:

"Leadership is influence. Nothing more. Nothing less."

To me, that means leadership is not about titles.

It is about how we treat people.

How we build trust.

How we take responsibility.

And how we use what we have been given to help others grow.

That is much of what we will be exploring together in the weeks and months ahead.

• Stories and reflections from people I meet around the world
• Structure, habits, and discipline in practice
• Faith, values, and how they shape our decisions
• Updates from the ambassador team and the road ahead
