MOMfidence Continues to Grow - Welcome to Our New Ambassador from India
This week, we are excited to welcome a new ambassador from India to MOMfidence.
It is a milestone I am deeply grateful for.
When I started MOMfidence, the vision was to build a community where people from different countries could share their knowledge, experience, and resources to help others.
That vision is slowly becoming a reality.
Our ambassador team now spans several countries, and this week we took another important step forward.
That also means there are now only two ambassador positions remaining.
We are not looking for many people.
We are looking for the right people.
People who want to build something of their own while contributing to something greater than themselves.

I truly hope you already feel at home.

Leadership Means Lifting Others
John C. Maxwell says that leadership is influence.
I believe our greatest influence comes when we use it to lift other people.
When we help someone take their first step.
When we encourage those who are building.
When we choose collaboration over competition.
That is the culture I want MOMfidence to be known for.
A place where people are seen.
A place where people are encouraged.
A place where people discover the courage to use their gifts to make a difference.
To me, that is authentic leadership.

When MOMfidence began, it was simply a vision.
Today, people from several countries are building together.
Ambassadors are creating products.
New members are joining our community.
Relationships are growing.
Step by step, I can see something much bigger than myself taking shape.
That fills me with gratitude.
